I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Oregon Mathematics department. I study hyperkahler metrics on moduli spaces of Higgs bundles and Nakajima quiver varieties using techniques from geometric invariant theory, Morse theory, and geometric microlocal analysis, with a focus on analyzing degenerating limits of the hyperkahler metrics. I am also interested in moduli constructions of complete noncompact hyperkahler 4-manifolds called gravitational instantons, as many proposed constructions are currently only conjectural.
